Birth and Beyond
Engaging and interactive, Birth and Beyond will prepare you for labor, birth, and early postpartum. Birth and Beyond is designed for first-time parents-to-be, those that had previous medicated birth(s) and wish to have an unmedicated birth on this journey, and those wishing to VBAC. It includes 4-5 small group classes (3-4 hours each which meet weekly) and one private class for each couple (2 hours).
Refresher
Time and connection are the components that make the Refresher class spacial. Review practical skills for labor and birth, while spending quality time connected with your partner, your baby, and this new journey and transition to becoming a larger family. The Refresher is designed for those who have had a previous birth who have taken a comprehensive childbirth class series previously or have had an unmedicated (if that is your preference) previously. This class is offered in either two (4 hour) or three (2.5 hour) sessions.
Baby and Beyond
Baby poop tells a story, and other things it’s helpful for new parents to learn compose this hands-on class. Designed for parents who would like to become more confident in what to expect (and do) in the weeks and months following birth, this one day class (5 hours) will make you more confident in your own skills, and resources to utilize on the journey.

Doula Services
